The Cuban Art Song Project was created by Cuban-American soprano Isabella Lamadriz as a way to reconnect with her latin heritage and promote Cuban popular music to a modern audience.

Isabella reached out to me to help develop her visual identity: a custom flexible wordmark, which inspired a bespoke typeface, and bold and colourful illustrations that add a fresh take on mid-century Cuban art and design.
